A part of Imperial Group which is known as Japanese Bar & Grill at North Jakarta. This place has been launched since 2023. For the soft opening celebration, Kanza invited some special performances such as TAIKO "Japanese Drum Performance" and KAZUMI "Geisha from Kanza" to introduce the newest Japanese Bar & Grill in town to the public. During the grand opening, Kanza held a big promotion with a 50% discount until January 3rd, 2024. In North Jakarta, the first place was opened at Mall Kelapa Gading 3, 3rd floor on September 27th - 28th, 2023. Second place was opened at Aloha PIK 2 on September 29th - October 2nd 2023. The operational hours start from 10 AM until 10 PM.

Kanza Izakaya has an authentic Japanese ambience. The decor was bright, minimalist, modern, classy, and also cozy. Customers can enjoy their food while listening to calm and relaxing instrumental music playing there. Typical Japanese room which has a sakura flower, rock, and grass or mini tree that provides a natural, quiet, and peaceful atmosphere. The furniture details were made of teak wood and the top of the table was made from marble. The available seating has various types, it can be for one person, two people, four people, or many people can use a sofa. At Aloha PIK 2, offers views and a beach atmosphere. This restaurant has outdoor and indoor areas, and can be an option for enjoying sunset views in northern Jakarta.

Kanza Izakaya has an authentic taste of premium menus such as Appetizer, Sushi, Kushiyaki, Grill, Chawanmushi, Yakitori, Shifudo, Hot Plate Udon, Miso Soup, Dessert: Ice cream, pudding, and Alcohol or Non-Alcohol Drink. Every menu has a different taste, depending on appetite. One of the recommended dishes is Hot Plate Truffle Beef Roll with Charcoal Rice. This sushi is made from charcoal rice with pieces of avocado, tamago, cucumber wrapped in beef sirloin, topped with crispy potato, served with a delicious truffle cream sauce served on a hot plate. Other menus were White Miso Udon Hot Plate with Grilled Tuna. This menu is also unique because the grilled tuna satay is hung on the hot plate, meanwhile udon is served with mushrooms, seaweed, vegetables, white sesame with a delicious creamy white miso sauce. The Tuna has a fresh and smoky taste. Each menu recipe is the work of an experienced Japanese Chef.
This Japanese cuisine and place is a combination of simplicity and complexity that makes for an unforgettable culinary experience. The service was nice: the staff were friendly and quick to respond. A recommended place to have a gathering or hangout with friends, family, or date. Location :
